It's easy not to be affected by mental health when you don't have a pessimistic view of it. It's hard to adapt into that version of yourself. We are all meant to be warriors of our own lives. The goal is not to be a coward. Facing all the potential victories and defeats with a smile of valiance is what sets us apart.
