We assume identity as reality and fail to see the true reality. My faith, name, nation isn't reality. It is collective imagination of me and the society in which I grew. My colour, gender, appearance and height are my biological marker which is product of genetics and climatic condition in which I grew. What may be unique to me is how I interact with my biological marker and socio-cultural marker and that too is influenced by the education I acquire, resources which I can access. Beside that I am alike all other fellow human being. The fact is humanity existed before identity. It is only later we started wearing identity and then somehow, we forget to unbutton it. This assumption of identity as the only reality are the cause of all sorts of identity crisis and conflicts.My novella tries to create a discourse regarding identity.
