Also includes letter to Thomas Ritchie from C. Lovett-Gill, President of the Architectural Organisation which states "This present issue of the Diary may be regarded as the real beginning of the series, and some of us thought that it would interest you to have a copy specially bound, in order to keep as a memento and as a very slight indication of the gratitude whic we feel we owe you.".
