It departs from traditional approaches focused on short-term task optimization and introduces a framework that centers on the dynamic relationship between activity, learning, organizational transformation, and long-term well-being. The volume is structured in two parts. The first addresses the resources and structural conditions that support development, while the second examines the dynamic processes and methodological tools that promote it.
