Internally and externally unmarked and unblemished. Appearing unread and as new - boards still spring. Covers still very much bright, absolutely pristine. As good as you will find.

All the pages are present but the binding is shaken with some loose pages. There are a few tears and tiny corners missing but nothing affecting the text. A well loved example but a good one for a reader or as a restoration project.

The boards are in good condition with edge rubbing and some minor creases. There has been some discreet touching in of the covers. The hinges have been repaired with white tape. Inscription. The contents are in good order with slight tanning and a bit of foxing. All pages are tightly bound in. A reasonable example.
