This approach is shown to significantly improve assisted publishing, discovery, and reuse of primary and derived data used in scientific studies. This book summarizes scientific contributions made by the author during his PhD study. Most of the research has been carried out in the context of real-world e-Science applications. 304 pp. Englisch.
