There is previous soft wrinkling. The wrappers are bright with minor loss to the upper front point and nicks to the fore-edge. There is separation at the lower 1/3 at the spine of several pages. Center page is unattached but present in like condition to the remainder of the pamphlet. The front wrapper has scuffed letter losses in the "ion" of "Union".
