Issued without a d.j., in black cloth inside a protective box, also clad in black cloth. The book is nearly pristine, with a few tiny brown spots on the page edges. The backstrip gilt is bright and clean; the binding is solid; the pages are unmarked. The box is solid, with a small spot on the lower cover and a small area of oddly-cut cloth. Another small area of loosening cloth on the box has been professionally repaired so well that you probably can't tell where it was.
