This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped at WETA in Washington, D.C. on May 3, 1974, and originally telecast on PBS on June 9, 1974. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "Justice and the Fifth Amendment"; the guest was attorney Edward Bennett Williams.
