Edmund Hoefer (1819 - 1882) war ein deutscher Novellenschreiber, er studierte auf der Universität in Greifswald sowie später in Berlin und Heidelberg Philologie und Geschichte. 1854 ließ er sich dauerhaft in Stuttgart nieder, wo er im Verein mit Friedrich Wilhelm Hackländer die Hausblätter gründete. Er starb am 22. Mai 1882 in Cannstatt. Size: 8°.
