Foxing to the endpapers only; some staining to the bottom edge of the textblock; writing on the California State Library bookplate, bleeding onto the opposite page, the front endpaper. Minor loss to the extremities of the spine and edges of the boards; front joint cracked but holding well; surface wear to the spine.
