Some browning and aging, paper somewhat fragile and brittle, some minor chips and tears, some repaired with archival tape; still a presentable map with a decent impression. An interesting map from a scarce atlas…(Atlas of Bergen County New Jersey 1776-1876). It was published during the American Centennial, and illustrates many important estates, and also shows two railroad lines. Extra postage required.
