The illustration of the front cover was completed by Laurence Scott. This publication was limited to 50 copies, this is number 29. It has a white paper cover as a jacket-but it has been glued to the blue paper covers of the 18 page 4 1/2 by 5 3/4 inch publication. The back cover is soiled, and the area where the white paper covers have been glued to the blue paper is discolored, however, the interior of the book is clean, bright and without marks.
