Soft cover. Zustand: Very Good. Princess Louise Restaurant, Los Angeles. Souvenir menu. The 331-foot long Canadian ocean liner the S.S. Princess Louise was retired and hauled from Vancouver to Los Angeles to be moored at Terminal Island in Los Angeles harbor. It became a very popular restaurant for a time, open for business from 1966 to 1989. This children's menu comes from its early days. Very good condition with an interior tear on front panel, a scuff, some discolorations on the rear panel.

Soft cover. Zustand: Very Good. 16mo. (17 cm.) unpaged [8p., not including wrappers]. Illustrated with black and white captioned photo of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge at night plus two other black and white captioned photos related to Alfred's Steak House. Stapled booklet in gold and purple wrappers with a die cut window on the front wrapper through which is visible the photo of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Slight vertical fold, wrappers clean, no rust on the staples, else very good to near fine with no internal markings. Includes complete menus for Alfred's, Famous for Good Food Since 1929, 886 Broadway, San Francisco, which is still in existence.

Single offwhite leaf printed and folded to form an 8.5x5.5 inch brochure, fine deco cover in orange, black and silver (outrigger profile), doublespread menu with sophisticated booze, back is blank. Crimped and edgeworn with a short closed tear and an old transverse second fold (possibly as issued, for mailing: "This menu may be taken with you as a memento, the Purser will furnish you with an envelope").

Earl Warren Governor State of California; the A.A.O.N.M.S stands for Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, now Shriners International, attached to Freemasonry and in existence since 1870; the menu including Crab Rosita, mock turtle Amantillado, chicken Souvarov, orange surprise; cover with some light wear; in very good condition.

Zustand: Very Good. Bi-fold Menu from the Greenwater Lodge Cafe in Enumclaw, WA. Described as rustic in the WPA guide to Washington the lodge offered six cabins, a store, and a cafe. Pictorial front panel on a faux bois background. 5.5 by 3.5 inches.

Hardcover. Zustand: VG- (Very Good Minus). No Jacket. Limited Edition. #110 of 180 copies. Olive green cloth covered boards with heavy gilt decoration reproduced from an ancient Irish bronze book cover now in the British Museum in London. Light edgewear and soil, and lightly sunned spine with fraying just starting at both ends. Binding is very tight, with heavy stiff pages. Interior moderately toned, with scattered light foxing and small soil spots and smudges. Previous owner name (James J. Molloy) to limitation page, with a short inscription to another individual (Maurice Courtney). Limitation page has some vertical creasing near the gutter. "Foreword" sheet is laid in loose. The menu pages are titled "Menu", "Wines", "Music", "Toasts", and "Officers". Gorgeously illustrated with color and monochrome plates; some are photogravures of Irish landmarks, others are reproduced from ancient Irish illuminations. Compiled, designed and executed by the Schultz Printing Works of Cincinatti, Ohio. Unpaginated.

[6 pp (unpaginated).], triptych, with embossed image of Space Needle on front flap, brown & gold lettering within (crease folds, and toning recto & verso), still G- copy of this scarce menu. First edition of this marvelous menu for the "Eye of the Needle" restaurant which opened at the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, featured a 14-foot-deep carousel dining floor revolving on a track and wheel system, and was before it's closure for remodeling in 2017 the oldest operating revolving restaurant in the World. The original Eye of the Needle which operated until 1979, before becoming the Emerald Suite (1980-1999), served Washington State fruits such as apples, Dungeness crab legs, Prime Rib, Puget Sound Salmon filet, and had a fair wine selection. Hardcover. Zustand: Good. First Edition, Limited. Unpaginated but about 50 pages of text & photos. A large sumptuous production which was only printed for private circulation, mainly to the attendees, mainly leaders of commerce, this comes with photocopies of the 4 other separate items listed above. Still well bound but the cover is fairly worn and stained. Apart from the end-papers the interior is in very nice clean condition. Heavy - Weighs 2kg. Additional P&P will apply.
