Original Wrappers. Zustand: Very Good. 1891 edition. pp: 136, (4) ads. Full-color map opens to 21" x 28"; faint dampmark at margins, not affecting map. Folds into brown stiff wrappers, printed in black, with view of Phoenix Hotel on back cover. 6.5" x 4".

12mo.; one sheet folded into 12 panels, softcover; one side is color map "New Map of New York City. From the latest Surveys showing all the Ferries and Steamship Docks, Elevated Subways, Electric and Cross Town Car Lines"; other side has 10 panels of text and black and white illustrations; some small closed tears at folds else very good.

Single sheet, 21.75" x 14" and bearing descriptive and promotional textual apparatus on one side, and the handsomely colored and finely detailed map of Manhattan on the other, taking in streets, ferries, docks, streamship lines, bridges, etc. etc. Folded down, as issued, into approx. 3.75" x 7" format, and in Very Good condition.

Brochure. ca. 1900 (Tilly Haynes, who is given as the hotel proprietor, died in 1901). 3.5x7", unfolds to 14x22", description on one side, color street map of Manhattan on other side, "from the latest Surveys showing all the Ferries and Steamship docks, Elevated, Subways, Electric and Cross Town Car Lines." Small tears at creases, paper slightly yellowed, else Good.
