Includes a selection of new poems - including some on World War II (Eberhart was on active duty in the Naval Reserve at the time this was published) - as well as four of his older poems. A title in "The Poets of the Year" series. Each book in this series was printed at a different small fine press: this was designed by Edward B. Thompson at Hawthorn House, Windham, Connecticut and printed at the Walpole Printing Office, Mt Vernon, New York. 30 pp plus colophon. Very good in plain white wrappers in a fair only light blue outer wrapper (split along spine, toning and discoloration to wrappers).
