Dark red cloth covers with beveled edges, blind-stamped design blacked in to front and spine and gilt spine lettering (+ gilt lib.number to bottom spine), spine darkened with end-rubbing/chipping and two short splits to top of joints, generally quite clean however with only slight rubbing to corners. Despite faults this remains a quite acceptable reference/working copy. A mighty work which will incur additional postage.
