An apparent variant binding issued without a front cover paste-down but with all other first edition issue points. Spotting and loss of paint to letters on cover, minor smudging and foxing on some pages, front hinge just starting, else good overall condition; no owner marking, NOT EX-LIBRARY. (frnc).
