Photo is tucked inside a printed souvenir folder from the club. The name "Bob Stack" has been written by someone in pencil on the inside of the folder. Photo is very good with some surface crimps. Rear of the souvenir folder shows slight glue residue and paper fragment suggesting it was once in a photo album.
