Soft cover. Zustand: Very Good. 7.5 x 5 inch. Still well bound, interior good and clean, no names, inscriptions nor deliberate marks. Undated but about 1970s.

Soft cover. Zustand: Near Fine. No Jacket. No date, reprint of copy dated July 1947. 7 1/2" x 5", 32 pages, 3 annotated black and white photographs on two folding out sheets at the end of the notes. Stapled card covers, just a little fading to spine, and slight surface loss to card where a price label has been carefully removed, otherwise a very nice copy, near fine.

The covers are tight, straight and unmarked. The page block is in near fine condition and shows few signs of use. The Amendments page on inside front covers has not been filled in. The pages are glossy, clean and firmly attached with diagrams and three fold-outs of equipment, instruments etc. Issued without jacket. Scarce.
