Gareth Knight (1930-2022) was a British occultist, an initiate of Dion Fortune's Society of the Inner Light and one of the founders of Helios Books. Volume 1 appears a little crushed in terms of the spine splaying outward, but does not seem to affect readability or strength of binding. BOTH volumes have previous bookplate, previous seller's sticker and a note written in pen on the inside of front board. Desspite these flaws, the volumes remain very readable and library ready; no writing to the text, page blocks are clean, and volumes sit straightly together.
