Fourth edition. Hardcover. Bound in full leather. Top half of the spine is missing. Leather is worn and scuffed, but binding is tight. 118 pages + plates. Plates 16 is bound in twice and plate 17 is missing. This seems to be a 175 year old binding errors, not a missing piece. Book measures 9.25 x 11 inches. There is some foxing and some moisture blooms, in the margin at the top (very faint, through most of the book) and at the bottom outside corner (a tone or two darker, affecting the second half of the book). These darker semi-circles do affect the plates, as well as the text pages. Please email with questions or to request photos -- foxing and stains are quite normal for this book. A scarce American builder's guide, with the full suite of copper plates.
