In addition, a Security-Aware Self-Adaptive Lion Optimization Algorithm (SA-LA) was proposed to optimize routing based on residual energy, delay, throughput, node trust, interference, and security risk. The results demonstrate improved energy efficiency, enhanced security, longer network lifetime, and more reliable communication, making the proposed protocols suitable for modern IoT-enabled applications.…
