(United States Congress website) Ceremonies were held throughout the country to honor those Japanese Americans who served. The final ceremony was held in Los Angeles, California. This book is the program for the ceremony, which includes a history of the regiments, a list and photos of the recipients, congratulatory letters from politicians and other dignitaries, the complete text of Senate Bill 1055, and congratulatory ads from local businesses and families. Laid in are a typed, signed letter dated June 9, 2012 from Eric K.
