Appear…s to have been repaired at one point decades prior, with binding reinforced with a staple and binding tape. Slight age-related toning to pages. A unique pamphlet, documenting what appears to be an 1833 case of election fraud in Liverpool Borough, in which a petition was raised and the case investigated. Likely printed around the same time, with Whittingham, the printer, being active from the 1820s until the 1860s.
