Heuzet a seguito del successo dell'opera "Selectae e veteri testamento historiae" e ispirandosi a Cicerone decise di raccogliere una serie di esempi tratti dagli antichi scrittori profani dividendoli in tematiche (Dio, prudenza, giustizia, forza, temperanza) e fornendo relative indicazioni bibliografiche. In discrete condizioni. Copertina in piena pergamena in mediocri condizioni generali con usure ai margini. Pergamena quasi del tutto mancante. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture e piccole gore d'umidità marginali. Usure al margine destro delle prime 14 pagine. Edition of 1804 of this collection of histories of profane writers of anonymous author but written by Jean Heuzet. Heuzet following the success of the work "Selectae e veteri testamento historiae" inspiring to Cicero decided to collect a series of examples of ancient profane writers dividing them in themes (God, prudence, justice, force, temperance) and providing relating bibliographycal indications. In fair conditions. Full parchment cover in poor general conditions with wearings in the edges. Parchment is almost totally missing. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings and little humidity stains in the edges. WEarings in the right edge of the first 14 pages.
