The second issues of this Frank Sinatra fan publication sporting a cover images of Ol' Blu…e Eyes with a note from the newsletter president, letters from various member, poems, trivia, and biographic information. The owner stamp of 16-year-old Vaughn Swafford of Crossville, Tennessee, who apparently mailed this issue to a friend with notes to "Send Back!!" on several pages. Sinatra's rabid fan base of bobby-soxers exploded during the war years spawning one of the earliest examples of organized fan culture predating the Elvis phenomenon and Beatlemania by more than a decade.
