Early printing, of this expansive post-War urban planning study examining the impact of rising automobile ownership, and the tremendous costs of maintaining on-street parking. Sections are included on surveys for demand, formulation of parking policies, what charges for off-street public parking are reasonable, as well as even providing sample maps and surveys.
