Pages evenly discolored throughout, with heavier discoloration to the endpapers. A small water stain along the head of the first few pages.Endpapers cracked along the gutter in the front and back, but the pages are still firmly attached. Binding is strong. A short pencilled note to page 41 and previous owner's name written to the front and rear free end papers. No other marks or writing. This book belonged to Monroe Martin-former head of the math department at UMD and founding director of the Institute of Fluid Dynamics and Applied Mathematics.
