Hard Pictorial Boards. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: No Jacket as Published. 1st Edition. A really well preserved copy of the third book in the series and the first appearance of the legend that was John Noakes. The pictorial boards are lovely and bright with a somewhat sun faded spine and a little knocking at the fore edge corners. Internally very clean and bright. The This Book Belongs to panel is left blank as are the competitions panels page. The puzzles are partially filled in with pencil. On the whole this is a very presentable copy. The first two annuals are also listed for sale.

1st edn., Hardback, no dw. Laminated pictorial boards. A VG copy, with spine present. Some bumping and wear to corners and ends of spine, but minor loss only. Lamination cracking at hinges. Loosley inserted is an advertising card signed by John Noakes. Valerie Singleton and Peter Purvis who took over from Christopher Trace shortly after. Price clipped and with a neat name. Slight edge wear but a very good copy of an interesting item. A little worn on spine.
