Because of the amount of material involved Tor opted to split the last book into a trilogy with this volume being the second of three. This copy has been signed by Sanderson. The book hit the market on November 4 and this signing took place on November 4th for whatever that's worth. I will also be including a picture of Sanderson at the signing.
