A year ago, I began my journey toward mental wellness by writing my first book, Unlovable. As I shared all I had been through in my life, it became glaringly obvious how dysfunctional many of my behaviors and choices have been. I knew that in order to heal and move forward in my life, I would have to change. In Unbreakable, I continue my journey towards healing and mental wellness. I strive to step outside the dark memories of my childhood and reconsider the unhealthy paths I have been walking. No one can reasonably expect to repeat the same actions and get different results. In order to change my course, I must change my behaviors. If I am to live healthier, I must make healthier choices. I have lived the majority of my life feeling broken and shattered beyond repair. However, I refuse to be broken any longer. By reevaluating my views on my past and restructuring my present, I hope to break the chains of dysfunction and reforge them into something stronger.
