There is a former owners name written neatly on the FEP the pages are bright and clean and without any markings. The DW is bright and clean with light chipping and some mended tears but NO significant loss at all, it is after all nearly 90yrs old it is priceclipped though. Evidently this is the true first edition published a FULL week before the English edition.

This one is quite rare and while the dust jacket has some chipping along the top edge (visible in pics), it is good to very good shape and it protected the book itself which is in very good shape. The dust jacket is not price clipped and FIRST EDITION is stated on the publisher's page. This is nice book with no names or writing, only a small bookseller sticker on the back end paper which could probably be removed but since it was from my small hometown I left it.
