MS-Excel Messtechnik Regelungstechnik Steuerung elektronisch MS-Word Word Excel MS Office In diesem Buch werden die Grundlagen der Ansteuerung der seriellen Schnittstelle (RS 232) direkt aus den Microsoft Office-Programmen erläutert, wobei die Beispiele sich auf Excel und Word beschränken, die sich aber dank Visual Basic for Applications 6.0 auch mit den anderen Office-Programmen benutzen lassen. In der zweiten Auflage sind jetzt auch die Besonderheiten von Office 97 berücksichtigt worden, so daß die Makros ohne weitere Veränderungen lauffähig sind. (Da sich zu Office 2000 kaum Veränderungen in VBA ergeben haben, werden sie wohl auch dort problemlos laufen.) Es wird zunächst der Aufbau der Schnittstelle und die technischen Daten dargestellt, danach werden die Möglichkeiten anhand kleiner Beispiele praxisnah verdeutlicht. Hierzu werden einige ansteuerbare Module vorgestellt, so z.B. SIOS, ZELLE (von Modul-Bus?) und C-Control Basic (von Conrad). In diesem Zusammenhang wird die A/D- und D/A-Wandlung erklärt sowie das Einlesen der Daten und Schalten der Relais direkt über die RS232-Schnittstelle.
