Hardcover. Zustand: Poor. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, original binding of marbled paper covered boards half bound in leather. Board show quite a bit of wear to the edges along with scuffing, though there is chipped and worn and it appears entire spine covering is missing. The boards are basically held on by the two pieces of binder string from when the book was made. The interior binding of the text portion of the pages good but both front and rear boards have quite a bit of wiggle because they are only held on with the binding string. The marbled and pages in front and rear are free of any handwriting or markings but the second and third and pages contains the name of the original owner, which is stamped on one page and handwritten on the other: "Susan V. Williams, Farmville VA". No other handwriting found in the book. The blank end pages are quite darkened but the text pages are brighter as a different type of paper was used. There is various degrees of foxing throughout and a couple pages have small corner folds and bumps. PLEASE NOTE: this is volume 2 only.…
