Publishing data is in Japanese, no date of publication available, mid-20th century, probably 1950s, maybe the 40s. Inside plain cardboard slipcase with heavy wear, but structurally intact. Dark red cloth boards with spine of brown leather. Leather is rubbed medium-heavily and shows stress at hinges. Few small bumps to edges, a little bit of bubbling to the cloth near the leather. Endpapers are tanned, and the ink of the title page has offset into the facing page. Main pages are clean and bright, unmarked. The binding is sound and almost-tight.
