The lower corner is slightly bent and there are a few small chips on the lower edge. A slight dirt mark from rubbing shows on the back wood covering. The cloth spine is tight and a minor…glue stain is evident at the crown and base. The interior pages are clean with no markings. It appears that the book has hardly ever been opened. Please see all photos.
