This is caused by the fact that the different versions of one program stem from the same format that originated in one cultural environment, was taken over into other regions and adapted to the local backgrounds. This process of deterritoralizing TV formats by using a foreign format and producing a local version of it is called transnational TV format adaptation.The reason why there is an increase in transnational format adaptations and why consumers are aware of that is because of the continuing globalization of media communication, meaning the advanced exchange of products, practices and ideas through progressive technology (Hepp 2006: 9f.). Die vorliegende Studie will sich daher eingehend mit diesem Problem befassen. Es soll untersucht werden, welche Vorteile eine Verselbständigung bietet und was für den Eigenbetrieb spricht. Ist die Differenzierung nach Rechtsformen im Entscheidungs-prozess die richtige Herangehensweise oder sollte nicht ein Umdenken erfolgen Um diese Fragen zu beantworten sollen im ersten Schritt zunächst alle drei Modelle in ihrer ursprünglichen Form vorgestellt werden, ohne dabei auf die jeweiligen Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten in den Satzungen einzugehen. Damit hatte Jefferson vor allem den Vorstellungen der Siedler in Kentucky und Tennessee entsprochen, eine Ausweitung des amerikanischen Staatsgebietes wäre ein Naturrecht. Von 1812 bis 1814 kam es zu einem zweiten Krieg gegen die britische Krone unter dem Präsidenten Madison (auch als Mr. Madisons War benannt), der mit seiner Kriegserklärung an Großbritannien im Juni 1812 die tatsächliche Kontrolle über den ¿alten¿ Nordwesten östlich des Mississippi herstellen und die merkantilistischen Handelsbeschränkungen mit dem britischen Kolonialreich abbauen wollte. Die in dieser Arbeit behandelte Fotoserie wurde in diversen Vorkriegskinos in den USA aufgenommen. Gebaut wurden sie in der Hollywood Ära und prunken mit historischen Baustilen aus der Zeit vor der Moderne. Der Film lief hierbei die gesamte Belichtungszeit vor der Linse ab. Allerdings fungiert dieser Film als ¿blinder Fleck¿, da er nicht ins Bild kommt, sondern nur in Form einer hellen Leinwand sichtbar ist. Immer wieder reiste Sugimoto von einem Kinosaal zum anderen und nahm vor der Kinoleinwand Platz.
