Diktens första tryckning på engelska ägde rum 1920. - - - Den lettiske konstnären Adja Yunkers (1900-1983) emigrerade till Sverige 1934 och stannade i hela 16 år. Han arbetade framförallt med grafik, ofta politisk. Sommaren 1947 flyttade han vidare till New York och blev amerikansk medborgare 1953.

In den Warenkorb22 (of 42) etchings, of mostly equestrian and military subjects, all printed on India paper, some with a backing sheet, Some individual etchings are dated 1821 and published by Colnaghi, and a few dated 1822 were published by W. Sams. Some of the plates are illustrative of Scott's famous and popular poem 'Marmion'. The Scottish…National Gallery holds some of the original sketches on which these etchings were based.
