This document describes the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the ten Core Stockpile Management (CSM) Programs during fiscal year (FY) 1999 at the Y-12 Plant. The task descriptions and associated numbering system for tracking the tasks in the company's Task Based Management System (TBMS) are included. Some task work descriptions and cost date were classified and were provided in a separate, classified document, Y/ES-179. A separate section is proved for each CSM program and the respective Program Manager was responsible for maintaining the information up-to-date. Y-12 has a history of providing secure storage of nuclear material for both the United States and other governments. Early efforts focused on securing material from the former Soviet Union.
