Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware - BLOOM is an illustrated book of poetry with origins in the author's experience of cancer diagnosis and treatment. All proceeds from the sale of the book go to support rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Jay had studied poetry in college and written off and on when he was diagnosed with advanced testicular cancer in 2013. As part of coping with the diagnosis and treatment he began to write more regularly in order to understand and process the experience. He maintained a blog to keep friends and family informed and would occasionally post poems because they often seemed able to communicate what prose could not. He was encouraged to write more and joined Sloan Kettering's Visible Ink program through which he was mentored by poet Mary Tautin Moloney. Jay is a musician, producer, entrepreneur, beekeeper, carpenter, wanderer and gardener. He lives in Pawling, NY with his wife, daughter, chickens, dog, bees and cat. Kate Diago (illustrator).…

Paperback. Zustand: new. Paperback. Step into a new life where you're truly living, not just existing.Living with the Make Your Break mindset will turn your world into a limitless playground. This book is designed to shift your perspective, open doors that were once closed, create opportunities you once dreamed of, and place you in rooms you once felt unworthy of. It will give you a life you love and the boldness to live it entirely on your own terms. The mindset shifts in this book changed my life, and I know they will do the same for you.To reach the next version of yourself, a shift is inevitable. Too often, we stay small and stall our own momentum. Playing it safe wires your brain for mediocrity and keeps you trapped in a life that wasn't meant for you. It's time to break free and create new neural pathways that unlock your full potential, stepping into the frequency of your genius. There are thousands of opportunities swirling around you right now, but they only reveal themselves to those with the courage to ask.The hardest part of Making Your Break is letting go of the version of you you spent years building-but what got you here will never get you there, and staying the same will cost you more than just time, it will cost you the life you were meant to live. You don't wait for a break; you create one. A bold guide for creatives and entrepreneurs ready to break the rules, reinvent themselves, and create a life on their own terms. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…
