Zustand: new. ALL UK PARCELS SENT TRACKED! ALL OVERSEAS PARCELS SENT AIRMAIL, TRACKED! (S/hand, Paperback, 2003). 2003 1st edition. 8vo paperback (191 x 229mm). Ppxviii,254. B/w photographs and illustrations. A very good copy. "Timeless Bowhunting fills an obvious void in archery literature. This is not a book that simply advocates traditional equipment over modern tackle because its author favors hunting and shooting with stickbows. Neither is it a book that stresses the benefits and convenience of using of modern equipment while offering shortcuts to archery or bowhunting success. So exactly what is it? It's a well written, well researched book that candidly, factually, and completely examines advantages and disadvantages of using both traditional and modern tackle. Best of all, it's a book that presents facts and urges readers to choose and use what's best for them and their personal bowhunting endeavors and preferences. This is what makes Roy Marlow's new book a valuable and pleasantly refreshing read. .While some writers present their personal biases while relating chest-thumping tales of past hunting adventures, Roy Marlow has created a balanced and thought provoking book that answers questions and provides considerable food for thought."
