Can we prevent regional conflicts from escalating into a World War and control the impulse of Nuclear Countries to resort to the use of nuclear warheads? The present Global Governing Systems will not contain such a situation because they lack the 'Controlling Authority and Capacity.' They are also susceptible to domination by any 'Super Power' and its influence on the 'Global Decisions.' Under the circumstances, it is evident that all the countries should come together and put in place a "Democratic World Governing Structure" with 'Enforcing Authority' with checks and balances and save the Planet from the Nuclear Holocaust.
