Interior is clean and completely unmarked and with no tears, stains or other damage but with tiny edge chips on several pages; paper is moderately toned but not brittle. Binding is stable--staples are intact with tearing of the cover at both staples at the rear cover; all pages are firmly attached; there is a moderate amount of wear along the fold. Pictorial front cover rubbed with wear and tiny chips along the bottom edge, small creases at both fore edge corners, and an inked date in the yellow box. Rear cover has slight wear and soiling, with a 1/2" high water stain at the bottom edge--only the cover is affected--and moderate-to-heavy toning of the paper.
