This volume includes stories by: Alexandre Arnoux, Pierre Benoit, Pierre Billotey, Binet-Valmer, Jacques Bousquet, Paul Bruzon, Maurice Dekobra, Edouard Deverin, Roland Dorgelès, Albert Erlande, Claude Farrère, Edmond Fleg, Henry de Forge, Maurice Genevoix, José Germain, Jean Guirec, Pierre Ladoué, Maurice Larrouy, Henry Malherbe, Louis Mandin, André Maurois, Jean Ravennes, Etienne Rey, Thierry Sandre, Louis Thomas and Jean des Vignes-Rouges. This copy is no. 87 of 100 DELUXE copies printed on Hollande van Gelder paper. EACH OF THE 26 STORIES HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR in ink at the end of his story. (There were also 200 copies, not signed and printed on different paper that were reserved for friends of Écrivains Combattants, and 1000 of the regular trade edition in smaller format.) Partially unopened copy, edges untrimmed. Minor edgewear to dj, plain acetate paper jacket over the printed dj has some tears, tan printed dj with minor soiling.
