This 181 pp. book is a STATED FIRST EDITION that details the very first World's Fair, that was held in London, in 1851. It is illustrated throughout with drawings, since photography was in it's infancy when this Fair occurred. There are several nice fold-out art renderings. Prior owner's name atop the 1st flyleaf. The book is otherwise unmarked and in VERY GOOD + condition. The dust jacket has chipped corners & bottom spine edge AND is missing the top 1/2" of it's spine.
