An Act for the Further Preventing Robbery, Burglary and other Felonies and for the more effectual transportation of Felons and unlawful exporters of Wool, and for declaring the Law Upon some points relative to Pirates; to that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, so far as the said act relates to the more effectual transportations of felons; and for amending and rendering more effectual the laws for restraining Muirburn, in forbidden Time, in part of the United Kingdom. Four pages complete. Taken from a bound up book that would have held the acts of parliament for that period. This was quite common to bind up the acts to keep them together probably for public or business use. Pages are in good condition. A little light marking, odd ink marks, age toning, small closed tears and edge separation where it was taken from the book. More images can be taken upon request. Ref13929.
