This is a Very Good Copy of this Book in Publisher's blue coloured cloth with black title lettering to spine,in a Very Good Dust-Jacket,that has minor nicks to the head and tail of spine.Not price clipped (8s 6d net showing to the inner flap) The book has a firm binding with no hinge weakness and with no leaning or rolling to spine.There is some quite heavy spotting to the rear cover and to the underside of the dust-wrapper and with further spotting to the dust-jacket flaps.There is one neat former owner's name to the front endpaper.text block is foxed to it's edges.The dust-jacket comes well protected in a removable cover sleeve.The design on the d/j comes from the film Temptation Harbour which is based on Newhaven-Dieppe the first story in this volume,8vo 255pp First UK Edition 2nd Impression [1947].
