Two first edition novels by Elizabeth Jane Howard, in their original unclipped dust wrappers. First editions. Two volumes. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrappers. This set of novels were written by English novelist Elizabeth Jane Howard, who is best known for her best selling series 'The Cazalet Chronicles'. This set features 'After Julius' a novel set twenty years after the death of a man called Julius, following the stories of those he left behind, and 'Getting it Right', a story about a virgin hairdresser who's life changes after attending a penthouse party. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrappers. Externally lovely to 'Getting it right' with only a slight lean and very smart to 'Julius' with fading to the spine and scattered spotting to the endpapers. The wraps are very smart with slight marks, a closed tear to the rear and a small tidemark to the tail of the spine and verso to 'Getting it Right' and very small closed tears to the tail of the spine and archival tape repair to the head of the verso to 'Julius'. Internally firmly bound with bright and generally clean pages to 'Julius' with light spotting to the front and rear and clean and age toned pages to 'Getting it Right'. Spotting to the top edge. Very Good Indeed. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 885Z31
