Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing. Octavo, 4 Volumes. In Good condition with Good minus to Good condition dust jackets. Black and solid color spines with white and black lettering. Dust jackets are all wrapped in mylar coverings. Dust jacket of Volume 1 has mild shelving wear, stains throughout, moderate wear along the extremities, small open tears along the front and spine head and tail edges, long closed tears along the front head edge and front tail fore edge, and bending wear along the front cover head and fore edges. Dust jackets of Volumes 2 and 3 have mild shelving wear, stains on the rear cover, mild wear along the extremities, mild chipping along the head fore corner and spine edge, and mild age-toning throughout. Dust jacket of Volume 4 has mild shelving wear, mild wear along the extremities, a stain along the front joint, and moderate age-toning along the spine. Boards of all Volumes have mild wear along the extremities and mild bending wear along the spine head and tail edges. Boards of Volume 1 have mild age-toning along the head and tail edges, and stains on the head edges. Textblocks have mild wear along the edges, moderate age-toning along the edges, and stains on the tail edges. Textblock of Volume 1 is lightly cocked, has an imprint and stains from a paperclip on pages 138-141, stains on some pages, bending wear along the front end-page, scraping along the front end-page, adhesive staining along the end-pages and pastedowns, a gold "Savile Book Shop" sticker on the rear pastedown, and stains on the edges. Textblocks of Volumes 3 and 4 have adhesive staining on the end-pages and pastedowns and between the hinges.
